On January 7, 2008, the Matamoras Borough Police Department and Westfall Township Police Departments merged to form the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department. The two municipalities concluded that a better equipped, better trained, and more cost effective professional department would emerge.
Today we continue to strive for these goals. As chief of the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department, I can assure you that it is the top priority of every member of the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department to provide the highest quality of service to the citizens of Matamoras and Westfall.
We acknowledge the need for maintaining high ethical standards and are committed to professional standards that ensure us a place of trust and respect within the community. -- Chief Chad Stewart
